If you have any questions or suggestions, please share them with us by email (info [at] mieterschutz.lu (info[at]mieterschutz[dot]lu)) or via the contact form, and we will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee that urgent requests will be handled within the necessary timeframes.
We wish to inform you that:
- We currently have no physical reception;
- We do not offer active support in finding housing/rehousing and we do not manage properties. We can refer you to other services or inform you about the existence of certain forms of assistance;
- We do not organize housing visits to assess problems. Please contact the relevant services (such as municipal services) or experts;
- We do not currently offer legal protection. Please check whether this is not already included in your insurance policy;
We kindly ask you not to send us any documents containing personal data until you are a member of the association.
