As a result of our experiences and many repeated requests in the past, we would like to inform you that:
- We do not offer active support in finding an accommodation and we do not manage accommodations;
- We do not organise visits to accommodations to evaluate problems (such as mould). Please contact the relevant authorities (e.g. municipal authorities) or experts;
- We do not currently offer legal protection. Please check whether this is not already included in your insurance.
However, we can always refer you to other services or inform you about existing subsidies or assistance.
In general, we focus on providing information and advice.
