Please note that we do not have offices or a reception.

As a result of our experiences and many repeated requests in the past, we would like to inform you that:

  • We do not offer active support in finding an accommodation and we do not manage accommodations;
  • We do not organise visits to accommodations to evaluate problems (such as mould). Please contact the relevant authorities (e.g. municipal authorities) or experts;
  • We do not currently offer legal protection. Please check whether this is not already included in your insurance.

However, we can always refer you to other services or inform you about existing subsidies or assistance.

In general, we focus on providing information and advice. If necessary, we offer our members free legal advice, either online or in person, in the presence of a lawyer.

Counselling hours

Currently we do not have regular hours for our information sessions via mail and phone, but we will inform you of any changes on this page.
